
This is Massimiliano, the youngest chef in the World to have received the 3 Michelin restaurant stars! And I was lucky enough to go taste his magical cuisine last week. Furthermore, I was fortunate enough to get a quick tour of the kitchen - and voilĂ here's his picture at the end of the night as he was preparing Italy's most famous dessert "Gioccolato - 2008 edition" (a dessert with 12 preperations)!
We did the traditional tasting menu (175 Euro a piece) which was absolutely fantastic. We matched the courses with 4 different wines. It's needless to say that the food was fab. But also the atmosphere was great, not as formal as I had expected. The service was extremely professional but light-hearted.
I would definitely go back, but I'll probably need to take a loan first!!
